How is the platform priced?+
Basic dashboards come with the hardware. Multi-level permissions, private deployment and custom reports are quoted per account or per batch, depending on scale.
Can it connect to our WMS, TMS or ERP?+
Yes, via API and webhook, with group — plant — carrier views. Private deployment with network isolation is also available.
How long is data kept, and who owns it?+
Raw data is kept three years and reports export to Excel or PDF. Ownership sits with the customer in the contract; we never share it.
How are alerts delivered?+
WeChat mini program, SMS and email, routed to the responsible person, with duty rosters and escalation rules.
Can we use it without your hardware?+
Yes. The platform ingests third-party device data as well, and we have done both — start from hardware or start from data.
