What is monitored, and how

Multi-mode sensors fitted inside the packaging structure log shock, humidity, temperature and tilt. Data streams to the cloud in real time, threshold breaches raise alarms, and damage becomes traceable to a cause.

Tri-axis shock logging

0.1g acceleration resolution: drops, hard braking and rough handling all leave a trace

Cold-chain handovers and humid lanes can be replayed, so moisture damage is settled with evidence

Tip-over and upside-down events raise alarms and combine with route data to rebuild the story

How much does one monitoring unit cost?+
It depends on range, battery life and connectivity; amortised it is usually tens of RMB per shipment, less with volume or reuse. We send a calculation once we know the cargo value and lane.
Does it add steps on the packing line?+
No. Units go into storage and onto the pallet with the packaging itself. No extra fitting, scanning or logging, and your packing process stays as it is.
Can the data support a claim?+
Every record carries a timestamp and location, so it works as supporting evidence for liability. We also help you put the chain together with insurers and carriers.
What happens where there is no signal?+
Data is cached locally through tunnels, mountains and sea legs, then uploaded automatically once the network returns. Nothing is lost.
Can we try before committing?+
Yes. We ship sample units, you run one normal shipment, and we review the full report and placement proposal together before you decide.
