Five answers before you start

Whether to monitor at all, and where to begin — most customers find the answer in these five.

Which cargo is worth monitoring?+
High value, fragile, or hard to attribute: machinery, automotive parts, new energy (PV & lithium), aerospace & defense, electronics, medical & pharma. If one damage claim costs more than the monitoring, it pays off.
Will it change our packing process?+
No. Hardware goes into storage and onto the pallet with the packaging; no extra fitting, scanning or logging on site. That is our first acceptance criterion.
What is the data for?+
Three things: attributing damage, comparing lanes and carriers, and feeding back into the packaging itself — buffer thickness and blocking. The third pays back the most over time.
How long does it take?+
Roughly two to four weeks from assessment to first shipments. Custom case structures add sampling time, usually seven to ten working days.
Can we start small?+
Yes, and we recommend it. Run one real shipment, look at the data, then decide whether to roll out across the lane.
