What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?+
Standard product lines carry no minimum — we start at one unit. For bespoke designs we recommend 10 units or more to amortise tooling and prototyping cost; the exact figure can be agreed with an engineer.
How long does sampling take, and is it chargeable?+
Standard samples take 3–5 working days; complex structures take 7–10. Samples are charged at cost and are fully credited against the order once a production batch is confirmed.
Can you provide on-site packing services?+
Yes. Within Sichuan and Chongqing we attend within 24 hours, and nationwide we can coordinate a local service team. On-site service covers measuring, packing, vacuum sealing and container securing.
How is certification handled for export wooden cases?+
We hold phytosanitary treatment qualifications recognised by customs. Once treatment is complete we apply the IPPC mark to the case and issue the Wood Packaging Phytosanitary Treatment Certificate, which travels with the cargo.
How do I read the data from monitoring packaging?+
Scan the case with the WeChat mini programme to bind it and view live data. Three dashboards are available — route, temperature and humidity, and shock events — with automatic alerts pushed to a nominated contact when limits are exceeded.
